Don’t I look like I should be going on a yacht rather than the office? Sadly, I am not. Stupid land-locked state.
I had a lovely chat with my trainer this morning about the knee and hip pain I’ve been having on my right side. She prescribed a week off from running. So, I’m gonna give that a whirl.
I decided to treat this as a “cutting” week. Don’t worry, I won’t be eating below 1300 calories, I’m just going to MASSIVELY clean up what I’m consuming. No more handfuls of cereal while cooking dinner. Everything will be weighed and measured. (Do you guys know just how little 2 tablespoons of delicious coffee creamer are?!?)
The snugness of my pants this morning let me know it’s time to get back on track. Good thing I’m prepared!
