It’s 7 am on day one of Operation Back on Track and things are off to a great start!
I did an interval treadmill workout: 2 minutes of walking, a minute of walking lunges, and 2 minutes of running with incline increases for every set, ending at the highest incline possible! It was an ass kicker, in the best possible way. I then ran a flat mile with, wait for it…NO hip or knee pain. High five!
My food isn’t prepped for the week because I wanted to spend as much time as possible with the family this weekend. BUT, it will be ok. I will make good choices today and cook up a storm tonight.
