I don’t even remembered the last time I posted, but never fear, for I am lurking around, I’m just extremely busy!

I got an impromptu opportunity to head to Denver to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers on Thursday so I’m squeezing a full work week in to 3 days!

I will say I had the best weekend I’ve had in a long time this past weekend. There was the end of our 30 day drinking challenge so some cocktails were consumed, there was some awesome college football, there was musicals, and there was a lot friend time! All good stuff! But not a lot of moderation and not a lot of exercise. Back at it this week!
